Your 3010 account is for your personal use only. You are not permitted to allow others to access your account, or to lend, sell, or transfer it to any third party. All activity carried out through your account is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether it was performed by you or someone else.
3010 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or close a user's account if there is evidence of fraud, platform abuse, breach of these Terms or suspicious activity. In cases of security-related suspension, you will be contacted via your registered email address to complete re-verification before access is restored.
All financial transactions on the 3010 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods include bank transfers via FPX, local e-wallets such as Boost and Touch 'n Go eWallet, and other online payment methods approved by the platform from time to time.
The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the platform at the time of the transaction. You are responsible for ensuring that all payment details entered are accurate. 3010 is not liable for any loss or delay resulting from incorrect or incomplete payment information provided by you.
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframes stated on the platform. 3010 reserves the right to hold or delay withdrawals for identity verification, legal compliance, or investigation of suspicious activity. Any funds obtained through fraudulent activity or in breach of these Terms are not eligible for withdrawal and may be forfeited.
To the extent permitted by law, 3010 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including temporary technical disruptions, errors in odds display, or transaction processing delays beyond our control. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any implied warranties as to accuracy, reliability or fitness for a particular purpose.
All content on the 3010 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software and layout — is the exclusive property of 3010 and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify or use any platform content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
The 3010 platform may reference third-party services or providers such as payment processors and sports data suppliers. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third parties. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the respective third party's terms.
